Two-tone Siberian Jade Adze Pendant

Finished with adjustable length plaited tan cordage.
With this pendant I wanted to create a carving that at first glance looks like an adze, but as you turn it over, you see that it's got more to it. I enjoyed keeping some of the classic curves visible on the side angle while creating a cavity behind them that would brought more translucency and additional surfaces to carve and curve.
I chose a piece of Siberian jade for this pendant, one that has a light straw color, grading to a white with hints of celadon.
This pendant has a lot of presence to it, and a nice weight upon the chest.
